Ad: Cox mishandled look into alleged Detroit party

A nonprofit group has launched a radio ad critical of Attorney General Mike Cox's handling of an investigation into a rumored 2002 party at the Detroit mayor's official residence.
The Detroit Free Press reports Tuesday the 60-second ad against the GOP gubernatorial candidate was paid for by the Foundation for a Secure and Prosperous America.
In it, a narrator questions whether Cox was guilty of "incompetence" and asks listeners to call the attorney general and ask him, "Was justice served?"
